Why Work with AI•Deation?
AI can help you get brilliant ideas out of your head. AI demos are exciting, but they’re incomplete. Great songs—songs that can become streams, placements, or paid professional opportunities—need a human touch. They need arrangement fixes, real instrumentation with session players, dynamic production, and emotional nuance.
AI•Deation bridges the gap, turning AI demos into polished, professional, release‑ready masters with real musicianship and live production. We treat you and your music with respect and offer fast turnaround times and transparent, common-sense IP terms (see below for more).
Our simple 3-step process is:
Listen. We dissect your AI demo to find where the spark comes from, so we can preserve what makes it special. We also listen for what needs improvement. Then we map a production plan and discuss it with you before moving forward.
Humanize. We rebuild your song, improving the arrangement and adding drums, bass, guitars, keys and/or vocal production as needed. Then our professional mixing adds polish and revises as needed.
Deliver and release. We send you the masters, stems, multitracks, and/or other finished products, so you can get your work out there.

Who owns the finished song?
After you pay in full, you receive and own the final master files. Any royalties you agree to pay AI•Deation will be negotiated before we begin work.
AI•Deation typically does production as work‑for‑hire, but we’re open to co‑writing or split agreements. Tell us what you want before work begins and we’ll include it in your contract.
We reserve the right to use short before-and-after clips (15 to 30 seconds long) for promotion, unless you opt out.
Do you use AI tools? Which ones? How does that affect my rights ownership?
No. We do not use AI.
You must own the rights to any AI‑generated material you upload. If you’ve used an AI tool with terms that limit commercial use, please notify us before work begins.
What do you need from me to get started?
To book a consult with us, just reach out using the booking form.
Optional but helpful things you can provide beforehand:
Your demo
Your preferred timeline
Notes on your vision for the piece
Stems (with vocals separated)
Lyrics
Tempo/BPM
Reference tracks
Any previous mixes
How do you handle requests for a certain artist’s voice or style?
We only use live performances of vocals you provide or we record. We can never match or use an artist's identifiable vocal performance. We are not using AI to recreate your track.
What’s included in a typical project?
You get a final mastered stereo master (WAV/MP3), with a stem pack on request. Your package will include revisions: we’ll agree on how many rounds beforehand and provide a flat or hourly billing rate for any extra rounds needed.
How long will it take?
Our typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks from project start, depending on the scope of the work and scheduling. Rush requests may be possible for an additional fee.
How much will it cost?
Pricing typically starts at $1,000, which includes up to 3 instruments, mixing, and mastering, with negotiated revisions.
Most projects require a deposit so that we can book your studio time. Every project is different, so once we’ve reviewed your materials and discussed the project with you, we’ll provide an individualized quote.
We offer bundling discounts for multiple-song projects.
Before we begin work, we’ll confirm all fees in writing, including:
Your project and any added services or products, such as stems and multitracks
The deposit amount and payment date required to begin work
Any applicable discounts
Included rounds of revision and fees for additional revisions
Refund terms, in the event that we cannot deliver some or all of the work as specified
Your final payment will be due when we complete work. We will release your masters and any other deliverables when your payment clears.
Can I get stems or multitracks?
Yes — you can include stems and multitracks in your project. Additional fees may apply.
How do revisions work?
The definition of “revision” can be somewhat subjective, so when we discuss your project, we will cover that in detail so you’re comfortable with the process.
Each project includes a specified number of rounds of revisions, to be requested within the agreed-upon review window. Major changes outside the original scope or review window may incur extra charges.
Revision turnaround times vary by workload; we can typically return small tweaks within 1 to 5 business days.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
We’ll do our best to accommodate schedule changes; notice requirements apply and are listed in your booking confirmation. For cancellations, deposit refunds are handled per the booking terms. Cancellations received within 48 hours of booked studio time may forfeit the deposit.
